Monthly meditation meetings.
We are now holding informal monthly meditation evenings, they are open to both experienced meditators and those new or wishing to start. therefore instruction in Mantra Meditation is available if you wish.
The evening is divided into two sessions, in the first half there is a short 15 minute introduction followed by a 30 minute sitting after which we have a 15 minute break. [ If you are new to meditation, this will usually be enough for you.] If you are more experienced you can stay for the 2nd half which is a further 45 minutes after which you can share your experiences with others over a cup of tea and biscuits!
The effects of the practice is natural and organic and allows people to become more aware of their own spiritual essence, the benefits are many, which include deep relaxation, more energy, feeling more peaceful and a great sense of well-being, its so easy to practise and makes you feel great!
The approach is non directive and nurturing, there are no rules,regulations,beliefs or change in lifestyle in order to benefit from the practise.
All sincerely interested people are welcome.
