Tai Chi-Qigong (Chinese Holistic Exercises) and Meditation
I have been practising Chinese Yoga exercises for 22 years, I started practising them in order to feel healthier and to deepen my meditation experience.
I'm a nuts and bolts explorer and investigator in the field of human potential. I've tried hundreds of different techniques from many traditions and picked out the one's which i've found to
be most effective. Always trying to be innovative and never stagnant, so all the 'stuff' I teach works, and should bring immediate results, not in months or years.

We have a been running classes for 15 years now and attract a lot of open minded easy going people, it's less of a serious class and more of a celebration, which is fun and also spiritualy elevating!
We practice a wide range of exercises including, stretching, deep breathing,movement, energy building, relaxation, healing, acupressure, gentle chants and meditation.
The exercises are holistic and have a positive effect on mind,body and spirit, they leave you feeling energised, peaceful and relaxed. They are easy to learn and have immediate benefits.
Chi Gung and meditation have been around for thousands of years and today millions of people practice daily. Hope to see you soon!
