I was trained to teach meditation by Walter Bellin BA [Phil]. In the early 60's,he lectured at the University of California, Berkeley. [Dr Timothy leary the well renouned L S D and psychedelic drug researcher taught here before moving on to Harvard]. In 1966 Walter left the university and persued studies in the newly emerging field of human potential. In the 1970's, Walter lectured on psychology at the Stanford Research Institute, between 1972-1975, he was a guest lecturer at Harvard, Stanford, Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

 

Walter in the early 70's was also the coordinator for the Transcendental Meditation Movement for the state of California which was headed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi of Beatles fame.

 

He now resides in Sydney, Australia and is the chairman of a company that maxmises personal and professional potential called CPM. 

   

 

 

Mantra Meditation.

Many people have heard about Mantra Meditation but are not quite sure what it is or what it can do for them. Well, Mantra Meditation is basically a practical technique whereby an individual can make contact with deep stillness and peace that resides within themselves. It requires no change in religion or your belief system, lifestyle or diet and can be practised by anyone. All that is required are two periods of 20 minutes per day for Meditation practice.

What are the benefits?
The benefits are many and varied. Here is just a small list:

  3. More physical energy.
  4. Improved relationships with others.
  5. Ability to cope more easily with everyday problems.
  6. A more balanced and happier personality.

Learning Mantra Meditation
Involves three sessions spaced about a week apart. In the first session, a talk outlines the theory of meditation along with its benefits. This is followed by actually learning to meditate, at which time you are given a suitable Mantra which is a specific sound chosen for you along with it's proper use. You then Meditate twice a day for about a week, after which a second session is held.

In this second session your meditation is checked, any problems arising are corrected and additional practices are also given. At the end of the session you will have a clear understanding of Mantra Meditation to continue confidently on your own. No further instruction is required.

In the third session your meditation is checked again,any questions answered and an expanation of the effects of what regular Mantra Meditation can have on your life.

 

In the third session we go over everything and make absolutely sure you understand all that you have been taught and iron out any remaining problems.


Mantra Meditation is very easy to practise, requires no concentration or effort with profound results. Regular practise puts you in contact with the source of all healing and helps you discover that limitless essence that binds humanity together.

 
Total course time, three sessions - about 6 hours.
Practise time required - 20-30 mins twice per day.

 

The course is taught at a very high professional standard, each course includes free ongoing support after you have learnt.

Additional Mantras
There are two additional Mantras that can be added to your basic Mantra Meditation practice - These will further enrich and deepen your meditation experience and are given after you have meditated regulary for several months.


Pre-requisite Mantra Meditation.
Time required is the same as basic Mantra Meditation.


Words of Power

These very special words are used with your Mantra meditation practise. They will deepen and expand your conciousness and feelings of peace even further and promotes a deeper connection and empathy to life and the world we live in.


Pre-requisite for these is regular Mantra Meditation practise.
Time Required including Mantra Meditation - 30 mins. twice a day.

Tao Meditation 

 

 

This is a meditation practice for people who are seeking spiritual awakening, its called Tao Meditation (pronounced Dow, its chinese and means 'The way') which allows you direct contact with your transcendent essence.

When using Tao meditation techniques the practitioner can experiences a stillness within themselves that is unimaginable, together with a very heightened state of consciousness. The Tao is seen in meditation as a  light that can be radiant, some say brighter than the sun and can be heard also as a vibrant sound which can transport the meditator into bliss and peace.

The more you meditate on this energy, the more connected you feel to your self. People have described this as being similar to waking from a deep sleep It's not a religion, philosophy, or a lifestyle but a real, tangible daily experience and can lead to full spiritual awakening.

The ability to meditate in this way is made available by a transmission of universal energy being channeled to you when you learn this practice. Tao meditation is a means of contacting directly the energy that keeps you alive and allows you to breathe. Dynamic and elevating beyond words, this is a truth that will outlast all hopes and dreams and unfold a love that has no end.
